Ordering & builds
Each order triggers an automated Flutter release build. You provide valid App IDs and store accounts for shipping the .aab/.ipa packages.
Payments
All payments are collected upfront. Builds become non-refundable once the CI pipeline starts. Contact support to pause or reschedule.
Content ownership
You own your streams, artwork, and listener data. Appkur only supplies tooling and hosting — no rights are claimed.
Support
We offer e-mail support for build issues, portal access, and config changes. SLA: 24 hours on business days.
